Application

Apply the eyeliner with short, fine strokes to create a delicate line along the upper lash line. Stay close to the lashes. For a softer line, gently blend with the sponge applicator. Then, line the outer third of the lower lash line. Tip: A thinner line looks more natural, while a thicker line appears more glamorous.
