Instructions for use | The moulded Chrisofix® splints/orthoses must be fitted directly to the injured/diseased part of the body. If major reshaping (bending) is necessary, this must be carried out on an uninjured finger. Minor readjustments (e.g. after soft tissue swelling has subsided) can be made without removing the splint/orthosis. The fingertip to be fixed is placed on the splint/orthosis. The single-finger splint is then carefully adjusted and secured with Velcro straps. |
