Composition

Instructions for use
Use LA BASE MASCARA alone or as a base under mascara: - When applied alone, it strengthens the lashes and makes them shinier from the very first application. - When applied under mascara, it optimises the make-up result. It can also be used as a strengthening night mask for the eyelashes.
