Instructions for use
For optimal results, apply the Catrice Under Eye Brightener Setting Powder 030 Golden Toffee on top of the Catrice Under Eye Brightener in the matching colour. Use a large, fluffy brush or the Catrice Magic Perfectors Powder Puffs. Then leave the powder to set for a few moments. Make sure you blend it in properly beforehand.
