The Scapicchio shaving soap is dedicated to the great barber Signor Marco Scapicchio, whose name stands for one of the oldest barber families in Italy. He opened his first barbershop in 1820 and led it to success with passion. His craftsmanship and experience are now being passed on from father to son in the fifth generation. Captain Fawcett has developed this exclusive, creamy, foaming shaving soap in collaboration with his descendant Luigi Scapicchio. It combines the scent of Puglia with its figs and olive groves with the flavour of West Indian laurel, a traditional hair tonic. The result is a shaving soap that fulfils the highest demands and is presented in a suitably elegant wooden bowl.
