The inspiration of Kilian Hennessy: Kilian Hennessy introduces a new family of fragrances and pays tribute to his heritage as heir to the famous French Cognac family. Angel's Share is Kilian Hennessy's most personal fragrance creation to date, inspired by his heritage of the eighth generation of Hennessy expertise in Cognac production. This is the first time he has employed the services of French perfumer Benoit Lapouza. The perfume is strongly characterised by his memories, right up to its most mysterious dimension: "la part des anges". Similar to a master perfumer who creates accords and essences in a perfume, a master blender combines the eaux-de-vie in perfect proportions for an exceptional cognac. Angels' Share contains the essence of cognac extracted from the liqueur to give it a natural caramel colour. The lingering notes of sandalwood, praline and vanilla make for a delicious finish, a rare concoction destined for angels. The fragrance opens with cognac oil and is rounded off with a blend of oak absolute, cinnamon essence and tonka bean absolute. Perfume notes: Cognac, hazelnut and oak wood. Perfumer: Benoist Lapouza.
