BurnFree Wound dressing sterile with gel

Burnfree wound dressings have been developed for effective first aid for burn injuries of all types and severities. They consist of a soft, open-cell foam saturated with Burnfree gel. The dressings are sterile, lightweight, and easy to carry. They are flexible enough to conform to all body contours and contain an ideal amount of viscous gel. Additionally, they can be easily prepared or adjusted on-site for specific situations—without the need for cutting tools (e.g., slits for facial injuries, openings for intubations). They are non-adherent and do not shed fibers or particles that could embed in the wound.
