Actimove Physiopack 12x29cm (1 piece)

The Physiopack is a reusable compress for hot and cold applications. For cold therapy, the Physiopack is cooled in a freezer for about 2 hours. For heat therapy, the Physiopack is placed in an 80°C warm water bath for about 1 minute or heated in the microwave (350-800 watts) for 45 seconds until the desired temperature is reached. As with all hot/cold compresses, it is advisable to use a skin protector, such as a towel. The Physiopack remains flexible in use and adapts to the body's contours.
