A high absorption capacity and special skin compatibility are just two of the many features that qualify Leukomed for professional use. The sterile wound dressing provides reliable coverage for surgical wounds and all types of accidental injuries. Leukomed is made from cross-elastic, flexible polyester fleece, allowing it to conform well to highly contoured body areas. The extra-soft, absorbent wound pad made of viscose fleece is coated with polypropylene. This prevents it from sticking to the wound and allows for a painless dressing change without compromising wound healing. It is air- and water vapor-permeable, which reduces the risk of skin maceration. The rounded corners prevent unwanted rolling of the dressing and ensure secure fixation. Despite its good initial and long-lasting adhesive strength, Leukomed can be removed without leaving any residue.
