The patented pre-warmed measurement tip of the Braun IRT6020 ensures the highest precision and the most accurate results. Unlike other thermometers, the ear is not cooled by the tempered measurement tip, resulting in a very accurate measurement.

The ExacTemp positioning system ensures the correct position in the ear and an accurate reading within seconds, indicated by light and a beep.

The standard package already includes 21 protective caps. The new, BPA- and latex-free disposable caps provide maximum accuracy and hygiene during use. Cleaning or disinfection is not required. Changing the protective caps eliminates the risk of infection. The change is easily done using the eject button.

The included plastic cap protects the measurement tip and sensor of the Braun IRT6020 during transport and storage.
