The Blackroll Standard, with its classic firmness, is the most commonly used Blackroll variant. The Standard is the original foam roller and marks the beginning of its success story. It is more beneficial to perform a rollout for 10 minutes every day or to specifically target fascia, connective tissue, and muscles using the 8 rollout techniques than to complete a longer session just once a week.
