The Blackroll Fascia Roller MED: The effective self-massage tool. Through self-massage, the core muscles can be strengthened and stabilized. The Blackroll roller is made from EPP, free from chemical propellants, and 100% recyclable. Due to its high product quality, the Blackroll is very robust, lightweight, and easy to clean. The roller is water-resistant and can be easily disinfected after fascia training.

Please note: Since the Blackroll MED is softer than the Blackroll Standard, no balance exercises should be performed while standing. The maximum load capacity is 75 kg.
