Biotrue contains the wetting agent hyaluronate, which is found in tear fluid, ensuring high spontaneous compatibility and enveloping the contact lenses in a kind of moisturizing cushion. The hyaluronate can remain on the lenses for up to 20 hours, helping to maintain comfort and moisture throughout the day.

Biotrue has a pH level of 7.5, which is within the range of healthy tear fluid, providing a pleasant feeling when putting on and wearing contact lenses.

Biotrue helps to preserve the antibacterial effect of beneficial tear proteins for a longer period, thus supporting the natural defense against germs in the eye.
