With the GL40 blood glucose meter from Beurer, you can measure your glucose concentration in the blood quickly and easily: just 0.6 µl of blood is sufficient, and the test result is available after just 5 seconds. The small and handy device is also ideal for on the go.
Large display, illuminated strip feed chute. On the large, illuminated display you can comfortably read the measured values. The illuminated strip feed slot makes measurement even more convenient, especially in difficult lighting conditions. Exact measured values without coding: The code-free device requires no manual coding when a new pack of test strips is opened. The device is plasma calibrated and the blood glucose measurement clinically tested. Measurement memory and average calculation: 480 memory locations for measurement values with date and time help you to monitor your blood sugar level over a longer period of time. For an easier comparison, the device calculates the averages over the last 7, 14, 30 or 90 days. PC interface: The blood glucose meter has a PC interface for logging and further evaluation of the measurement results. The separately available PC kit (see accessories) contains a suitable connection cable and the necessary software. The interface is Diabass and SiDiary compatible. Measurement at alternative body sites (AST): The supplied insertion aid with AST cap enables measurement at alternative body sites. If hypoglycaemia is suspected, take blood from the fingertip.
