Bepanthen® DERMA Scar Gel with Massage Roller is suitable for the care of fresh and older scars. Bepanthen® DERMA Scar Gel was developed to make red and raised scars less visible. The silicone in Bepanthen® DERMA Scar Gel forms a film that covers the scar and protects the newly formed skin from drying out so that the skin's moisture balance is maintained. Dexpanthenol binds water in the skin. The massage roller helps to improve the appearance of scars. Application: Massage the scar twice a day with the massage roller and then apply the scar gel.

Instructions for use
Scar tissue differs from the rest of the skin in that it lacks sebaceous and sweat glands, hair follicles and pigment cells. Scar tissue is also significantly less elastic and cannot store sufficient moisture.
