Believa Tattoo SunProtect SPF 50+ (100ml)

The specially formulated sunscreen with high-quality ingredients for tattooed skin. The highly effective UVA/UVB broad-spectrum filter system provides optimal immediate protection for tattoos. Believa Tattoo SunProtect protects tattoos from color fading and premature aging. Tattoos age faster and fade due to unblocked sunlight. Tattooed areas of skin feel warmer and often react more sensitively. For this reason, it is essential to protect tattooed skin from harmful UVA radiation. This type of radiation accounts for 95% of the ultraviolet rays that reach the Earth's surface from the sun. Unlike UVB rays, UVA rays penetrate deeper into the skin painlessly and can cause long-term cellular changes. This can lead to sun allergies, skin aging, pigmentation disorders, and skin cancer. To counteract this, the sun protection factor of Believa Tattoo SunProtect is set high, providing optimal sun protection with a UVB protection of +50 and a UVA protection of +95.

Application

Apply the sunscreen generously about 20 minutes before sun exposure. It is best to reapply multiple times to maintain protection, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. Using small amounts significantly reduces the protective effect. Intense midday sun should be avoided as much as possible. Not suitable for application on fresh skin wounds.
