A special PLEX active ingredient combination, consisting of keratin amino acids and a polymer made from natural sebacic acid, enables particularly gentle bleaching. The amino acids penetrate deep into the hair and provide moisture, while the sebacic acid copolymer has a nourishing effect and acts like a protective shield to prevent damage. After the bleaching process, the sebacic acid copolymer ensures that the cuticle closes completely. A nourishing conditioner perfects the condition of the hair and makes the newly bleached hair shine even more. Bleaching suitable for all hair types. Brightness level can be varied. Lightening of up to 6 shades is possible. Use with Basler Cream Oxid 6, 9, 12%. Mixing ratio 1:2 with Cream Oxid. Mix Basler Cream Oxid and BLOND EXPERTS bleaching powder until a spreadable paste is formed. Apply immediately. Do not use household foil!
