Bleaching Powder 1+3 Dust-Free with Keratin Set (2x 400 g). Bleaching agent for all hair types, with adjustable lightening levels. Ammonia-free and enriched with keratin for strong lightening.
Application: Mix with 6%, 9%, or 12% Basler Cream Oxid until a spreadable paste is formed. Use immediately. Do not use household aluminum foil. For contact with the scalp (global or root coloring), use a maximum of 6%. Follow the application instructions on the can.
Keratin is the hair's own building material that provides strength, elasticity, and protection. This new formula guarantees excellent bleaching results with an extra dose of care.
