This product has been specifically developed and tested for use with silicone hydrogel lenses. Thanks to a clinical study, a very high level of comfort when wearing silicone hydrogel contact lenses and using Alvera has been demonstrated. Wearing contact lenses can lead to changes in the physiology of the eye tissue, potentially creating intercellular spaces through which pathogens can enter. The Aloe Vera forms a protective film on the cornea and conjunctiva, preventing the entry of pathogens that can harm the eye tissue. This way, the risk of irritation is reduced. The product has been specifically designed to counteract lipids. As a result, lipids can not only be removed more effectively but also adhere less easily to the lens surface. This significantly improves the hygiene and comfort of silicone hydrogel contact lenses.
