ARTDECO Soft Eyeliner waterproof 23 cobalt blue (1 piece)

  • Creamy consistency of the pencil for a pleasant application
  • Smudge-proof and waterproof – extreme durability due to wax-based formulation
  • Perfectly suitable for the eyelid and waterline

Application: Depending on the shape of your eyes, trace the outer eye contour. After use, close tightly to keep the pencil soft and smooth. Use the Sharpener for Soft Liner for sharpening. To remove the liner, ARTDECO recommends using oil-based Eye Makeup Remover Pads. Pro tip: For a precisely drawn eye contour, do not draw the liner in one stroke; instead, draw it stroke by stroke from the inside out. Note: To ensure optimal color delivery, the Soft Eye Liner should be applied before the eyeshadow.
