The Soft Lip Liner from Artdeco is extremely long-lasting due to its specially developed formulation. Once dried, it becomes smudge-proof and water-resistant, preventing any bleeding of the lipstick. Its pleasantly creamy texture ensures easy and precise application. The Soft Lip Liner can be blended well right after application and is characterized by optimal color payoff and high coverage.

Application: Outline the lips, then apply lipstick or lip gloss. After use, close the cap tightly to keep the pencil soft and supple.
