Application

• For Refreshment: Spray undiluted as a cooling facial and body mist (close eyes), also effective for heavy legs and tension headaches
• Oral Care: Add 5-6 sprays of peppermint water and 1 drop of selected essential oil (e.g., tea tree or myrtle) to a glass of water, rinse and let it work
• Digestion: Has a positive effect on digestion, especially after heavy meals
• Oily Skin and Hair: Use as a clarifying tonic for facial cleansing or as a final rinse after washing hair
• Summer Recipe: Add about 20 sprays of peppermint water to one liter of water, mix in elderflower syrup, ice cubes, and lemon juice, and enjoy a refreshing drink in summer. You can also freeze the plant water as ice cubes. Enhance your fresh fruit salad with a little peppermint water.

Free from preservatives and synthetic additives, alcohol-free. The shelf life is limited, and the expiration date must be observed. After the expiration date, the plant water does not necessarily need to be discarded. The fragrant waters are also excellent as laundry or cleaning agents after the expiration date.
