The Anua Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner is a moisturising and brightening toner enriched with 70% rice extract to intensely nourish the skin and give it a radiant, even complexion. The milky texture absorbs quickly and leaves skin refreshed, hydrated and supple.
The main ingredient, rice extract, is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that nourish, soothe and give the skin a healthy glow. Niacinamide (vitamin B3) evens skin tone by reducing hyperpigmentation and dark spots. Hyaluronic acid and panthenol deeply moisturise and strengthen the skin barrier, while ceramides help to retain moisture in the skin for longer and prevent dryness.
Thanks to its gentle but highly effective formula, the toner is particularly suitable for dry, sensitive and dehydrated skin. It can be used as the first skincare step after cleansing to optimally prepare the skin for subsequent skincare and give it a plump, healthy appearance.
