This soft Igelball, also known as a nubby ball or spiky ball, is perfectly suited for a variety of purposes. It can be used for massage, in physiotherapy, for grip exercises with the hands, or for pain relief. The soft nubs provide a gentle massage and are particularly well-tolerated.
