The anders. Spike Ball, the fascia training device for your pocket

This semi-hard spike ball, also known as a nubby ball or spiky ball, is perfect for a variety of purposes. It can be used for massage, in physiotherapy, for hand grip exercises, or to relieve pain. The medium-hard spikes provide an intense massage and stimulation of muscle and fascia tissue.

What does the Spike Ball do?

  • Strong local increase in blood circulation, as the spike ball penetrates deep into the tissue under strong pressure.
  • Stimulation of reflex zones in the feet and hands.
  • Deep relaxation of muscle and fascia tissue (release) – very suitable for self-massage.
  • Promotes mobility in combination with exercises.
  • Strengthening of muscles in combination with exercises.

The Spike Ball can be effectively used for fingers, hands, feet, and many other muscle groups (back, glutes, etc.).
