These anders. Spikeballs with nubs are suitable for all groups of people, especially those with sensory disorders. The nubs (not spikes, as with a hedgehog ball) gently stimulate and massage the skin and fascia tissue. The pressure is distributed over a larger area of skin. The tissue is gently stretched.
