Instructions for use
To start, warm the eyebrow pencil on the back of your hand before applying. Then, apply Pro Pencil at the base of the brow and swipe from the front of the brow through the tail end. Finally, blend using Brush 20 for a smooth finish. For those with dry skin, use a moisturiser before applying Pro Pencil. It can also be applied along the lip line, as an eyeshadow base or used as a concealer anywhere on the complexion.
