Aluderm-Aluplast wound dressing plaster comes in 10 cm sections, each individually sealed. It features a special wound dressing plaster with aluminium vapourised Aluderm wound pad and absorbent fleece. Aluderm does not stick to the wound, does not fray, is highly absorbent, and can aid in skin formation and healing. It is breathable.

Aluderm-Aluplast elastic has a carrier material made of highly elastic polyester fleece, which is white, particularly skin-friendly, well air-permeable, and water-repellent. The polyacrylate adhesive is additionally activated by body heat. It is particularly cuddly, adapts to all movements, hypoallergenic, and non-irritant. This product is especially suitable for people with sensitive skin or plaster allergies.
