Kinesiology taping has been popular among athletes for years. The tapes are applied to the skin according to instructions - either with slight or no stretching of the material. This gently lifts and massages the skin. Inspired by her experiences in physiotherapy, Sabine Kroker-Hohmann, together with Jens Kroker, developed the Aktimed TAPE PLUS physio tapes featuring a specially formulated adhesive that contains Arnica montana, Rhus toxicodendron, and Ruta graveolens. The tapes are made from skin-friendly cotton, making them particularly breathable and gentle on the skin.
