The AchilloTrain Achilles tendon support can provide relief. It consists of a breathable, skin-friendly Train knitted fabric that is very stretchy. This adapts precisely to the shape of your foot and follows your every movement without slipping.

The edges of the AchilloTrain are soft and elasticated so that they do not constrict. This makes the support comfortable to wear all round. The AchilloTrain is extra short in the foot area to prevent pressure on the 5th metatarsal bone. Overall, the knitted fabric is so flat that you can wear the support comfortably under socks and in comfortable shoes. The recessed grips on the upper edge of the pad make it easier to put on and take off.

The pad with its meander structure and massage nubs surrounds the Achilles tendon and extends to the muscle-tendon junction. When in motion, it interacts with the knitted fabric to provide a gentle alternating pressure massage. This aims to improve the local metabolism and stimulate the muscles.
