Thin and lightweight, yet resistant to pressure and tension. Adheres only to itself. Waterproof and X-ray translucent. Tearable and easy to use without scissors. Provides firm and secure hold. Does not slip or loosen after application. Ideal for securing dressings, splints, etc. Particularly used for sports injuries, strains, and sprains, 3M Coban is often employed as a support and fixation bandage. This proven bandage features excellent elastic properties thanks to the integrated polyurethane filaments in the longitudinal direction. The elastic, thin bandage made of non-woven, porous synthetic silk material is easy to apply and adheres only to itself.
