Sanitary pads

Hello Together As a man, I am not familiar with the products and would appreciate some advice. I recently had some colleagues over for dinner, including a woman. Suddenly she realised that her period was coming and stupidly didn't have anything with her to react. Normally she is always prepared, but this time she had unfortunately forgotten to put something in her handbag. She confided in me, but I couldn't help. She somehow helped herself for a short while, but then went straight home. This was also an unpleasant situation for me and next time I would like to be able to support her, as I regularly invite friends over.
