Hi I purchased this item in August 2017 but not from you. It stopped working. Would it be possible to return to you?
Hello, unfortunately Galaxus cannot do anything with items not bought from them. They are dealing with service centers agreed by manufacturers only accepting products which were bought from them and with a sales receipt to prove it, sorry.
