The new Delius: How Chinese is Europe becoming? Cassandra is being laid off. Perhaps for political reasons, perhaps as part of the general job cuts in the print media. Cassandra is the nickname of a good-humored business editor who has the habit of preferring to follow his own research and opinions rather than the press spokesmen of ministers and corporations. Even on the evening of his dismissal, he continues to write, now in the diary and therefore more unbound, more pointed and fresher than he would ever have been able to in the newspaper.
