Will Smith plays Nicky, a long-time master of deception. He falls in love with the up-and-coming con artist Jess (Margot Robbie). However, as he teaches her all his tricks, their relationship becomes too intense and ends in an abrupt breakup. Three years later, Nicky's ex has transformed into a complete femme fatale and appears in Buenos Aires at a high-stakes car race.
