Product details

For thirty years - from 1859 to 1889 - Theodor Fontane travelled through the Mark Brandenburg again and again in order to be able to draw a well-researched picture of his homeland in his work and to express his deep love for this region. The fact that he succeeded in this is proven by the fascination that his "Wanderungen" still emanate today. The second part begins in the Oderbruch near Gussow. Then it continues via Friedersdorf, Küstrin, Tamsel and Fürstenwalde to the Havel river and Werder. The noble families Ziethen, Marwitz and Katte are also introduced by Gert Westphal together with their history. Unabridged reading with Gert Westphal 1 mp3-CD ca. 9 h 34 min
