This goat with a bell is a creation of the traditional wooden toy producer Trauffer. Alfred Trauffer founded his small carving workshop in 1938, where he produced easily understandable and concrete animal figures. Today, the family business is run by the third generation and has long been one of the largest toy manufacturers in Switzerland. Trauffer's wooden figures are characterized by their uniqueness, craftsmanship tradition, and the use of Swiss wood. Each piece is one of a kind, as the individual figures are hand-cut, sanded, and painted. Trauffer creations still make children's hearts soar today; they are known worldwide and are a popular souvenir. Discover various wooden figures here in the online shop. The production uses 100% FSC-certified and exclusively Swiss wood, processed in an environmentally friendly manner. The water-based and pollutant-free colors are safe for children of all ages. The toys are tested and declared according to European safety standards, EN 71.
