Trauffer Cow with bell

This standing cow is a creation of the traditional wooden toy manufacturer Trauffer. Alfred Trauffer founded his small carving workshop in 1938, where he produced easily understandable and concrete animal figures. Today, the family business is run by the third generation and has long been one of the largest toy manufacturers in Switzerland. Trauffer's figures are characterized by their uniqueness, craftsmanship tradition, and the use of Swiss wood. Each piece is one of a kind, as the individual figures are hand-cut, sanded, and painted. The water-based and non-toxic paints are safe for children of all ages. The toy is tested and declared according to European safety standards, EN 71.
