The Fat Man is plagued by his hunger, as usual. In his search for something to eat, he inadvertently gets into conflict with the law. Now he faces either prison or storming the impregnable Fort Holman with a ragtag group of civilians. Under the leadership of Major Lee, the Fat Man is deployed as a spy. He explores the situation in the fort using clever tricks, plenty of cunning and humor, and constantly putting his fists to use.
