Snoring alarm at school? No problem for Rasputin Rumpus, inspector of the Bureau for the Combat of Boredom. Wherever he appears, every school day becomes an experience! Fortunately for Maxe, a student at the probably most boring school in the world. When his principal plans to seize control over all other schools with a set of prohibitive rules and sends the troublemaker Maxe along with the entire class on a trip to the wilderness under the watchful eyes of their teacher, Mrs. Penne, Rumpus' help comes just in time. Thanks to the mysterious inspector, the class trip suddenly turns into a grand adventure. However, the children have little time to prevent their principal's crazy plan.
