The longest night

It’s just a few sentences in an unpublished manuscript that Vita finds in her father’s study – but something about them enchants and disturbs the seventeen-year-old at the same time. Shortly after, she embarks on a journey across Europe with her friends and accidentally stumbles upon the setting of the manuscript in Italy: Viagello, a picturesque little village. The place radiates a strange allure for Vita, which intensifies when the tightrope walker Luca literally falls at her feet. At first glance, Luca seems special to Vita, but there’s something about him and his family that she can’t grasp. Little does she know that he will lead her on a journey deep into her memories, where something awaits that once happened in Viagello – on that longest night.
