Neale Donald Walsch worked as a journalist and publisher, served as the program director of a radio station, was a press spokesman, and founded a successful advertising and marketing company. During a severe crisis, he turned to God for guidance. This marked a pivotal turning point in his life. What he had perceived as the end of his life turned out to be a spiritual new beginning. A vivid testament to this spiritual awakening is his work "Conversations with God." Today, Walsch dedicates himself entirely to spreading the messages of his books through publications, lectures, and retreats for spiritual renewal. He founded the "School of the New Spirituality" and initiated the "Group of 1000," a non-profit organization that promotes spiritual awakening worldwide. Walsch resides in Ashland, Oregon.
