The Legend of Aang

Water, air, earth, and fire: four elements and at the same time four proud nations that have always been kept in balance by their master, the Avatar - at least in times long past. A century has now passed, and the reign of terror by the Fire Nation has ushered in an age of destruction and hopelessness through a ruthless, brutal war against the other three nations. Freed from his prison in the eternal ice, the young Aang realizes his significance as the next Avatar and that only he will have the power to influence all four elements and restore balance to the world. Aang, who masters the element of air, joins the waterbender Katara and her brother Sokka, embarking on an adventurous journey filled with dangers and difficult trials to restore harmony among the nations and bring peace to the entire world.
