About the Author:
Louise Hay (1926-2017) is regarded as a leading figure among authors on the topic of self-help. She experienced firsthand how positive thoughts can influence health and well-being, and she shared this experience in her books and audiobooks—now reaching millions of people around the world. Her successes ultimately motivated her to establish her own publishing house, Hay House, where she published renowned authors of the American New Age movement. Rahel Comtesse, born in 1967, is a German actress and singer. She has performed on various theater stages in Germany, including the Youth Theater in Rostock, the Castle Theater in Celle, and the City Theater in Kiel. In the far north, she achieved success with her own chanson program. Since 1997, she has lived in Munich and works in radio and television.
