In The Flash, worlds literally collide: Barry uses his superpowers to travel back in time and manipulate past events. However, in his attempt to save his family, he accidentally alters the future and suddenly finds himself trapped in a reality where General Zod has returned, threatening total annihilation, and there are no superheroes to come to the rescue. Barry's only hope lies in bringing a completely different Batman out of retirement and freeing a captured Kryptonian, although not the one he is actually looking for. Barry must save the world he is in to return to the future he knows. To accomplish this, he has only one option: he must run for his life. But will it be enough to make the ultimate sacrifice to reshape the universe?.
