The blood of the lily

Andi feels as if she has turned to stone when her brother dies in an accident, and she blames herself for his death. When her father takes her to Paris to cheer her up, she discovers a mysterious diary in an old guitar case, belonging to a young woman who once cared for the son of Marie Antoinette. Soon, she realizes that their fates are inextricably linked, as the Frenchwoman also could not prevent the death of the beloved little boy. Thus, Andi accompanies Alexandrine on her perilous journey through the turmoil of the French Revolution, hoping to find the key to returning to life.
