The Little Medicus - now also for the ears: An audio play filled with excitement, action, fun, a specially composed soundtrack, and plenty of factual knowledge. Just a few days ago, the curious student Nano met the inventive research team Dr. X and his assistant Micro Minitec in the mysterious Villa Nightingale. Here is also the Turbo Projector, a shrinking machine developed by Micro. During his second visit to the villa, Nano embarks on an involuntary journey into the human body together with the assistant's pink rabbit - shrunk to miniature size and in a kind of mini-submarine - where they initially get stuck at the entrance of the stomach. But then suddenly the ground beneath the silver capsule opens up, and Nano manages to deploy the wings of their travel companion at the last moment. They land gently in the midst of the churning waves of stomach acid. Here they observe how a sardine swallowed by Micro Minitec is slowly being digested. Despite their curiosity, they feel a bit uneasy and leave this dangerous zone heading towards the gallbladder, pancreas, and small intestine. However, as they attempt to pass the appendix, things get really dicey for Nano and the rabbit in their submarine. Will they survive this journey unscathed? And will they succeed in returning Nano to his original size? The audio play is based on the second volume of the book series The Little Medicus, written by the renowned author and doctor Prof. Dr. Dietrich Grönemeyer. The story surrounding the young, shrunk body researcher Nano has been carefully modernized and developed into a narrative for the 21st century.
