Strange things are happening in the sewers of New York: Extraordinary turtles, mutated by the mysterious substance Ooze, have developed four superpowers. Fortunately for everyone, Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo use their skills in ninja combat to hunt down criminals and make the city safer. Their motivation is simple: pizza in large quantities! Only their master, the mutated rat Splinter, and the TV reporter April O'Neil know their true identities.
