How it all began: Commissioner Wallner's baptism of fire In autumn 1992, Clemens Wallner became a newly appointed Commissioner for Criminal Investigation. During a booze-up at a mountain hut at Tegernsee, to which Kreuthner had taken him, Wallner and Kreuthner get into a hostage-taking.
