Bar owner Zinos is plagued by bad luck: First, his girlfriend Nadine moves to Shanghai for a new job, and then he suffers a herniated disc. In his desperation, he hires the eccentric top chef Shayn, but suddenly, even the few regular customers he had stop coming. As if that weren't enough, his slightly criminal brother Illias shows up and asks for help. While Zinos is still pondering how to get rid of the bar so he can follow Nadine to China, the music and the unique menu attract more and more trendy crowds. "Soul Kitchen" is rocking and booming like never before. But then, events take a wild turn.
